Staff is Knowledgeable and Friendly

Over the last six years or so, we had all the rooms in our house recarpeted by Classic Carpet (this time master bedroom and basement). Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, no-pressure sales. Their installers are amazing, especially Ken. No one is more picky than us about seams, and Ken and his teams have not disappointed us.

The installers are friendly, know the products they are installing, they know how to install them properly, and they have ALWAYS been on time. Except for the finished product they left behind, you would never know they were there. They took all the scraps and mess with them.

Classic Carpet's prices are competitive, they didn't try to up-sell and we are still satisfied with the first replacement carpet they did - no seams show and the quality is still there. Our house could be an extension of their showroom! We have recommended Classic Carpet to our friends and they too have been completely satisfied.
